Youngsters are the future of the game. While football is a dynamic process, youngsters pivot the speed and tenacity of the game. Here is the top 10 guys who are leading in the best youngsters of the world.



1) Kylian Mbappe

Started his career at Monaco, the French speedstar is leading the list. 34 goals for PSG so far and 13 goals for international team, Kylian Mbappe is the next generation footballer of European football. He proved as much on the grandest and greatest stage in Russia last summer and has continued to do well all seasons in both French league and the Champions League.



2)  Jadon Sancho

He is just 19 and this English forward has been as impressive as his deep incisive run into the opposite box. 16 goals so far for Borussia Dortmund for this forward and Sancho was a key card for the British team to sweep the Under 17 World cup held in India.



3) Ibrahima Konate

After arriving at Leipzig on a free transfer in 2017, Ibrahima Konaté did not take long to force his way into the first team. The centre-back has been an important part of a very strong defensive unit last season. Konate has the ability to bring the ball out from the back and has also been increasingly evident of youth talent.



4) Achraf Hakimi

When the Spanish club Real Madrid allowed defender Achraf Hakimi to leave Bernabeu on loan in the summer, Borussia Dortmund showed no hesitation in snapping up the Moroccan international. Madrid spent €35m on Álvaro Odriozola, showing the way for Hakimi to leave. While Odriozola has struggled at the Bernabéu, Hakimi has been a revelation in the Bundesliga.



5) Gianluigi Donnarumma

After an outstanding campaign in 2016-17, Gianluigi Donnarumma retained at Milan last season. Though many had been wondering if the young keeper is overhyped, he has been fantastic at Italy. He started this season well also. He is just 20 years of age, the Italy international has played a pivotal role in Milan’s assault on the top four in Serie A.



6) Nicolo Zaniolo

He is just 20 and midfielder by position. Zoniolo ended 2018 strongly and scored his first senior goal in Serie A on Boxing Day. The midfielder got the real fame after scoring two more league goals for Roma and he also hit a match-winning brace in the Champions League against Porto.



7) Riqui Puig

Arguably, the best La Masia graduate in recent times. The 20-years-old midfielder got his first team debut last season for Barcelona. He won the UEFA Youth League and was a part of Barcelona’s last season domestic triumph. However, the Catalonia international got just only 2 appearances for the senior teams, he can be expected to be seen around very frequently in future.



8) Tylar Adams

When RB Leipzig secured the signature of Tyler Adams from New York Red Bulls, very few expected him to break into the starting line-up so soon. He is just 20 and this midfielder is full of talents. He has 10 appearances each both for Leipzig and USA international team. He has also won CONCACAF Under 20 championship back in 2017.



9) Vinicius Junior

Started his career in Flamengo, he has been a wonder to the new world of European football. He is speedy and a real dribbler and a constant threat to the opposition. The Brazilian is a masterclass on the ball and has the charisma of an expert player. It seems like he has been playing footballfor centuries and nowadays plays for Real Madrid Castilla.



10) Kai Havertz

Peter Bosz’s arrival as Bayer Leverkusen head coach just before Christmas last season, player as a galvanising effect on a number of his players. Kai Havertz has certainly benefited from the Dutchman’s possession-based approach. The 20-years-old is now operating in a midfield three, had an appearance of 94 club matches for club and scored 26 times.
