Luisma Villa completes his move from Segunda División B – Group 1 side SD Ponferradina to Indian Super League side Bengaluru FC. Bengaluru FC after letting go of Chencho Gyeltsen on a loan deal they have announced the signing of the Spanish Midfield maestro, Luisma Villa.
Born in Noja, Cantabria, Luisma got through the youth system at Racing de Santander. He was, for the most part, enlisted with the B-group amid his three-year spell with the club, showing up in three La Liga games as a substitute in three different seasons; his presentation in the challenge went ahead 1 September 2007, when he played five minutes after replacing Gonzalo Colsa as the substitute in a 1–1 away draw against Real Zaragoza.
The twenty-nine-year-old, Luis Manuel Villa López (born 11 August 1989), commonly known as Luisma, is a Spanish footballer who plays as a midfielder and will don the Indian Super League club Bengaluru FC colours until the end of this season. The Spaniard has played 285 games in his club career so far has managed to net the ball 53 which is a decent spell of a run for a midfielder.
