Chennai Super Kings all set to reach UAE in the second week of August

The Indian Cricket League is all set to mark the comeback of the players after six months.

India’s most awaited cricket league is all set to take place in the UAE for the second time after 2014. This is going to mark the comeback of the players to competitive cricket after six months. The Franchises are likely to reach by the third week of August. The Dhoni-led CSK will be the first team to leave for the tournament by the second week of August.

The BCCI will announce the fixtures of the tournament next week. The three-time champions will be playing their first match against the defending champions, Mumbai Indians.

The Daddy’s Army will be hitting the ground early after the long break as players like Suresh Raina, Piyush Chawla, Harbhajan Singh have not played competitive cricket since a year. Raina and Piyush Chawla have already started their regular individual training in Ghaziabad.

Fans are eagerly waiting for the Thala entry as his future has been the fundamental question for more than a year now. The BCCI agreed to prepone the tournament scheduled on September 26 so that it doesn’t affect the India-Australia series.

The IPL 2020 will be held from September 19 to November 9 in the UAE. Three to four weeks of practice, and 51 days of intense cricket will be a treat for all the cricket fanatics around the world.
